Ingredients:
- 600g Boneless chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- To taste: Salt and pepper
- To taste: Garlic powder
- For cooking: Oil
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- ½ tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 150g Green beans (trimmed)
- 1 Onion (cut into cubes)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the boneless chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dark soy sauce, regular soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornflour until smooth. Set aside.
- Add a little more oil to the pan. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds until fragrant. Throw in the cubed onion and green beans. Stir-fry for a few minutes—keep them slightly crisp and don't overcook them!
- Add the cooked chicken back into the pan with the vegetables. Pour in your prepared sauce and stir constantly for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to bubble and thicken into a glossy coating over everything.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade stir-fry feast!
