Ingredients:For the cake batter
- Fresh milk: 160ml
- Unsalted butter: 60g
- White chocolate: 150g
- Sugar: 120g
- All-purpose flour: 220g
- Baking powder: 1 ½ tsp
- Eggs: 2
- Vanilla: 1 tsp
- Salt: ½ tsp

How to Make It:
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, butter, 150g of white chocolate, and sugar. Stir gently until the mixture is completely smooth and melted. Remove from the stove and set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the cooled chocolate mixture, vanilla, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour the batter into your prepared cake tin. Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely after baking. Melt the remaining 200g of white chocolate to create a rich ganache and pour it evenly over the top of the cake.
- Finish your masterpiece with a generous drizzle of Nutella for a beautiful and delicious contrast.
